Tutorial about the automatic tool protection on our Xpert Pro pressbrake. The load on the tools is continuously monitored by pressure sensors and compared permanently to the permissible loads deposited in the data base. If the maximum values exceeded the permissible load the system interrupts the bending process and displays a corresponding error message. Dangerous situations and damages of tools are avoided in such a way.
