Bystronic Pressbrake features: Xpert Pro 6-axis backgauge (English)

Tutorial how the 6-axis backgauge is working on our our Xpert Pro pressbrake. The 3D 6-axis backgauge is compared to the fascinating fast standard backgauge equipped with 6 totally independent movable axis controlled by the ByVision. With this highly flexible backgauge it is possible to programme individual positions of the X-, R-, and Z-axis for various conical respectively three-dimensional unparallel parts. Speed of the X-axis: v = 650mm/s. Speed of the Z-axis: v = 1200mm/s. Positioning accuracy of the Z-axis:+/- 0,2mm. To avoid abrasion the fingers are special finished with a gold shining Titanium nitride coating as on the standard backgauge.
